Welcome to Studio 210, where creativity meets versatility. Our fully equipped rental studio is designed to accommodate a wide range of photography needs, from portraits to product shoots, ensuring you capture every moment flawlessly. With customizable spaces and professional lighting, we provide the perfect backdrop for your artistic vision.
Cancellation Policy
Rental Fees & Payment • Rental Rate: $60 per hour • Total Rental Fee: $60 for a 1-hour basic rental Full payment is required prior to the start of the rental period. Time begins at the scheduled start time and includes setup and breakdown. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time will forfeit payment. • No-shows will not be refunded. Overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at $30 per increment. Any use of the studio beyond the scheduled rental time, including setup or breakdown, constitutes acceptance of overtime charges.
